Immunization aftermath

I wish I'd taken the shot in the arm for the typhoid instead of the pills, which seem to be making me sick. The regimen is 4 pills over 6 days, and no food for 2 hours before and 1 hour after. Usually several hours after taking the pill I feel a bit nauseous (not enough to keep me from eating!), headachey, and spacey-dizzy. But I guess that's better than the alternative.
Yesterday I was able to use a 15% discount coupon for Sports Basement to buy a poncho that'll be used for monitoring the macaws (los guacamayos) in the wet season rain.
Today my goal is to collect everything that I need for the trip in one place, and to make a list of the things I need to buy.

Today was immunizations for the trip: yellow fever, typhoid fever, tetanus (in case I get bitten by one of those guacamayos) and a flu shot, just in case.
